Tagging/Grouping prompts by theme

It would be useful to have a way to group or tag prompts and see performance by this group/tag to better understand how your brand is doing around certain themes.
I’m thinking of e.g.

• Branded (“Is Nike a good shoe?”)

• Category queries (“What is the best running shoe?”)

• Problem-based queries (“Which shoe should I buy for a half-marathon?”)
