Hey, did anyone manage to install the on-site AI crawler monitoring feature? Trying to install it using GTM, if that’s an option someone has tested and succeeded.

Cookiebot content gets ingested as FAQ (need a way to ignore consent/banner content)
Prism extracts cookie consent copy (Cookiebot) as FAQs instead of the page’s real content. Context Site: tolk2go.com Worker: Cloudflare Worker (“prism”) in front of our site AI UAs proxied to Prism; SEO/social UAs and Prism fetches receive a stripped version of the page. Expected Prism should not generate FAQ from consent/banner text. Actual Prism outputs cookie FAQs (e.g., “What are cookies?” etc.). Please provide a solution that ignores cookie consent handlers which are mandatory due to EU GDPR.

Real FAQs not detected; Prism picks navigation/footer links instead
Pages with clearly marked FAQ sections are not being recognized. Prism’s auto-FAQ often latches onto generic nav/footer links (“How do I book…”, “What kind of interpreter…”) and marks answers as “not provided,” while ignoring the actual Q&A content on the page. Context Site: tolk2go.com Example page: https://www.tolk2go.com/en/page/faq-prism-test-c Our content includes explicit markers around each FAQ item. FAQ Markup (excerpt) Cancellations and Rescheduling A client or an interpreter asks how to cancel? Both clients and interpreters can cancel the order themselves via the website ... A customer wants to cancel within 48 hours or change the appointment The cancellation must be paid for ... Expected Prism should extract an FAQPage JSON-LD using the real Q&As (from FAQ-START…FAQ-END blocks). Actual Auto-FAQ returns 1–2 questions taken from the footer/secondary nav, with “answer not provided.” How to solve this?

Feature Request - Export Reports on demand
Hi, It would be great if we could export PDF versions of the reports on demand. Currently the software is supplying good data, but collecting this to report to end clients is quite cumbersom. I am needing to export individual pages and then compile them in a final report. A report export feature (for people not on my team) will be a great use. Thank you

Ability to filter (dashboard) by prompt tags
Related to the Tagging/Grouping prompts by theme. With the limited knowledge/high uncertainty on how AEO works, I currently expect that most AEO-targeted content improvements will affect not just a specific prompt, but rather “broad match” prompts. I think the tags are the right way to group these. Obviously, it would thus be great to see the performance of a “theme” over time, after you’ve done some improvements in that area.

Tagging/Grouping prompts by theme
It would be useful to have a way to group or tag prompts and see performance by this group/tag to better understand how your brand is doing around certain themes. I’m thinking of e.g. Branded (“Is Nike a good shoe?”) Category queries (“What is the best running shoe?”) Problem-based queries (“Which shoe should I buy for a half-marathon?”)

Share Report
Adding an option to share a report with a user without a Trakkr account will be very useful, especially as it comes to higher management who won’t log in to a tool, but will open an email or Slack message.

Creating content optimized for AI models
The ability to generate content that’s specifically optimized for AI, and designed to win citations. You’d have the options to: a) Generate custom campaigns, where you supply a list of ChatGPT prompts that you’d like to appear in b) Generate preset campaigns, where you follow a wizard that guides you through creating specific campaign types (competitor comparison, glossaries, etc)

Can't add second domain to account
I was able to add one domain without issue, but when adding a second domain through the “add new brand” menu item, the process gets stuck on stage 1 / 4 “reading your site”.

Location Feature
Hi - I think it would be neat in the brand sign-up process if you can say which location you are interested in sourcing the results for e.g. Europe, UK, USA. At the moment the prompts are global, so lean US on the results. For now I have just been adjusting the prompts to make them location specific but I think this could be an easy feature to add.

Ability to add list of competitors
Currently competitors are “AI” suggested, but would be great to be able to add/remove some. In our case, some are really not relevant, even though I understand why AI might think so.

Add own visibility to "Competitors" tab
Rather simple: it would be great to have one’s own Presence % visible in the same view. Ideally in the list itself, or just at the top.

Enable Multiple Domain Tracking
Currently, it looks like there is a limit of one domain per account. It would be great if we could add additional domains. This would help advertisers who have more than one brand or company, as well as agencies or consultants who work with more than one brand.
